If exchanging please write “Exchange” on the side of the box. These items receive priority handling.

Unopened Returns:  

If you feel you received a shipment in error you most likely opted into our subscription service, which is fully customizable for ship dates and changing out products. If you do not want your subscription package you can return it for a refund within the money back guarantee. To Exchange please write EXCHANGE on the outside of the box and let us know which color or products you would like us to exchange. Simply return and we’ll process your refund or exchange upon receipt in our warehouse. If you have not opened your shipment and want to return, please do not open! Simply write “REFUSED” on the box only, next to the shipping label, and then hand to your mail carrier or drop at your local post office. Please do not leave in your mailbox or outside. USPS will use our label to return your shipment to us at no additional cost, and we will gladly issue a credit upon receipt.
