How it works: Let’s say you have two or three kits, but want to stay locked into the great deals that come with your Beauty Club Membership. Simply figure out how much time you’ll need to use the kits you already have. If one compact lasts 90 days and you have three, then you’ll want to get your next shipment in nine months, and then be set up on a 90 day shipping schedule. To do this simply scroll down to the bottom of the home page where you will see the “Customize My Order” link. Click on the link and fill out the customization page accordingly. Shipping and Handling Procedures:
All orders are shipped by the United States Postal Service with a delivery/tracking confirmation. If a package is confirmed delivered by USPS please ensure it is delivered to a secure mailbox. We regret that we will not be able to reship, credit, or refund items that are lost or stolen once a package has been confirmed delivered. If you do not have a secure mailbox and would like to request a signature delivery confirmation or wish to have it sent to a different address please call and place your order through customer service at 1.800.543.7207 and we will add a signature delivery confirmation to your order for $2.95. If your package is lost or stolen we can provide a delivery/tracking confirmation number for you so you can follow up with your postal carrier and your local post office. All Packages Photographed Before Leaving Christina Cosmetics Warehouse:
Each shipment has a digital photo on file of the contents in each package before it leaves our warehouse. If you have questions or concerns about any missing items please call our customer service department and we will gladly look up the photo of your shipment to confirm and will email you a copy. We do not reship items if they are shown in the image on file.
Returns, Cancellations & Nonrefundable Items:
Perfect Pigment 30 Day Money Back Guarantee: Please ensure you receive your Return Authorization request by phone within 20 days from the date of your order so that your purchase will reach us within the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. The 30 Day Money Back Guarantee starts from the date the payment processes and returns must be received in our warehouse within 30 days from that date. Returns postmarked on the 30th day without an RMA will not be accepted. Please contact customer service at 1.800.543.7207 for your Return Merchandise Authorization number and the return address. Customer service business hours are Monday through Friday 9:00AM to 4:00PM Pacific Time. Place the return authorization number on the front of the package and simply return it. (Please note that we will continue to bill for any pending installments until the returned merchandise is received) Once received, your return will be processed for a complete refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling, as advertised.
Subsequent Club Shipments will receive a refund of the purchase price less shipping and handling plus a 10% restocking fee if received unopened and in new, unused condition within 14 days of the USPS delivery date.
