Easy Returns
If you received a shipment by mistake, you might have opted into our subscription service, which is fully customizable for ship dates and product selections. If you don't want your subscription package, you can return it within the money-back guarantee period for a refund.
To Exchange Products:
Please write "EXCHANGE" on the outside of the box and include a note specifying which color or products you'd like in exchange. Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange promptly.
To Return Unopened Shipments:
If your shipment is unopened and you wish to return it, please do not open the package. Instead, simply write "REFUSED" on the box next to the shipping label, and hand it to your mail carrier or drop it off at your local post office. Please avoid leaving it in your mailbox or outside. USPS will use our label to return the shipment to us at no additional cost, and we'll issue a credit upon receipt.
