Returns and Exchanges
For Rewards Members only: If you did not choose a color palette that is a perfect match for your skin we will gladly exchange a compact once for a different shade if it is within the 60 day trial period. Simply pay $7.95 to cover the postage and handling. Call our customer service department to receive an exchange authorization number at 800-543-7207. Any exchange is a courtesy and will wave the money back guarantee of the initial kit and the reshipped item(s). All individual cosmetic(s) sales and auto delivery sales are non refundable. Our 60 day money back guarantee is applicable to first time rewards members only for the Perfect Pigment five piece kit. If auto delivery shipments are coming to often and you would like continue to keep the savings from the rewards program, we recommend calling our friendly customer service reps to customize your shipments to arrive exactly as you need them; which may be every 90 days, 120 day’s, or more. We are happy to accommodate your beauty needs whatever timeline you may need and our reps are great at helping you determine which schedule would be best for you.
All returns must have and RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). The RMA number must be written on the outside of the box. An RMA number is obtained by calling our customer service at 1-800-543-7207 Monday through Friday between the hours of 10:00AM to 4:00PM Pacific Standard Time. If our customer service representatives are on the other line helping customers please leave your name, a direct phone number, and your zip code. Your call will be returned within 24 to 48 hours.
Shipping and Handling procedures:
All orders are shipped by USPS with delivery confirmation. If a package is confirmed delivered by the USPS it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure it is delivered to a secure mail box. We cannot reship items that are lost or stolen once a package has been confirmed delivered. If you do not have a secure mailbox and would like to request a signed delivery confirmation please call and place your order through customer service and we will add a signed delivery confirmation to your order.
Each shipment has a digital photo on file of the contents in each package before it leaves the warehouse. If you have questions or concerns about any missing items please call our customer service department and we will gladly look up the photo of your shipment to confirm and email a copy to you.
