For Rewards Members only: If you did not choose a color palette that is a perfect match for your skin we will gladly exchange a compact with concealer and/or lipgloss, if lipgloss and concealer are different from the next desired color palette, once for a different shade if received within the 60 day trial period. – Do keep the brush and DVD; we only need to receive the items we are exchanging. Try our “Slow Ship” Auto Delivery program: If the 60 day auto delivery shipments are coming to often and you would like continue to take advantage of the savings from your complimentary rewards program, we recommend customizing the frequency of your shipments online at ChristinaCosmetics.com/Customize or the “Customize My Order” link at the bottom of the ChristinaCosmetics.com homepage, or by calling our  customer service department to customize your shipments to arrive exactly as you need them; which may be every 90 days, 120 day’s, or more. We are happy to accommodate your beauty needs whatever timeline you may need. Our reps are great at helping you determine which schedule will be best for you.

How it works: Let’s say you have two or three kits, but want to stay in the auto delivery program. Simply figure out how much time you’ll need to use the kits you already have. If one compact last 90 days and you have three, then you’ll want to get your next shipment in nine months, and then be set up on a 90 day shipping schedule. To do this simply scrolls down to the bottom of the page where you will see the “Customize My Order” link. Click on the link and fill out the customization page accordingly. That’s all you have to do and you’ll be all set. If you ever want to make changes again in the future; simply re-customize again.

Shipping and Handling Procedures:

All orders are shipped by the United States Postal Service with a delivery confirmation. If a package is confirmed delivered by USPS please ensure it is delivered to a secure mail box. We regret that we will not be able to reship, credit, or refund items that are lost or stolen once a package has been confirmed delivered. If you do not have a secure mailbox and would like to request a signature delivery confirmation please call and place your order through customer service at 1.800.543.7207 and we will add a signature delivery confirmation to your order for $2.95. All orders over $100 automatically receive a signature delivery confirmation.

If your package is lost or stolen we can provide a delivery confirmation number for you so you may follow up with your postal carrier and your local post office. The tracking number we will provide for you may be viewed at USPS.com.

Each shipment has a digital photo on file of the contents in each package before it leaves the warehouse. If you have questions or concerns about any missing items please call our customer service department and we will gladly look up the photo of your shipment to confirm and will email you a copy.

Returns & Nonrefundable Items:

Please ensure we receive your return request by phone within 45 days from the date you received your shipment so that your purchase will reach us within the 60 day money back guarantee. We will not accept returns after 60 days. Please contact us by phone first at 1.800.543.7207 for your Return Merchandise Authorization number and the return address. Customer service business hours are Monday through Friday 10:00AM to 4:00PM Pacific Standard Time.  Place the return authorization number on the front of the package and simply return it. Once received, your return will be processed for a complete refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling. One Time Only shipments were created for customers who prefer to order at their leisure and have a 30 day money back guarantee. Please allow 4-6 weeks for your returned merchandise to be processed and credited back to the same credit card used for your Perfect Pigment purchase. Please note that processed order cancellations receive a 10% cancellation fee that will be deducted from your refund.

Customers may acquire return postage at USPS – Our PO Box cannot accept shipments from FEDEX or UPS. We encourage you to purchase insurance and/or a delivery confirmation to ensure proper delivery.

All individual cosmetic(s) sales and auto delivery sales are non refundable. Our 60 day money back guarantee is applicable to first time Rewards Members only for the Perfect Pigment five piece trial kits.

United States & Canada

The products displayed on our Sites can be ordered and delivered only within the United States and Canada. Unless otherwise noted, all prices displayed on our Sites are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the U.S.  All of the products purchased from our Sites should be used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, precautions and guidelines.

Governing Law

Unless otherwise specified, our Sites and the contents thereof are displayed solely for the purpose of promoting and selling the Company's products and services available in the United States and select foreign markets. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively through arbitration within the State of California, County of Los Angeles.
