If you did not choose a color palette that is a perfect match for your skin we will gladly exchange a compact with concealer and/or lip gloss, if lip gloss and concealer are different from the next desired color palette if received within the 30 day trial period. Only one exchange per customer. Do keep the brush, mist and booklet and return only the compact, lipgloss and concealer you wish to exchange. Simply pay $7.95 to cover the postage and handling. Customize My Shipments

If your 60 day subscription is coming too often then please let us customize them for you? Simply go to: ChristinaCosmetics.com/customize-my-order or click on the orange “Customize My Order” link at the bottom of the any page at ChristinaCosmetics.com. We are happy to adjust your shipments for whatever timeline you may need going forward.

How it works: Let’s say you have one or two unused kits on hand, but want to stay locked into the great deals that come with your Beauty Subscription. Simply determine how much time you’ll need to use the kits you already have. If one compact lasts 3 months and you have two, then you’ll want to get your next shipment in six months, and then be set up on a 90/120 day shipping schedule. To do this simply scroll down to the bottom of any website page where you will see the orange “Customize My Order” link. Click on the link and fill out the customization page accordingly. That’s all you have to do. We’ll do the rest. If you ever want to make changes again in the future; simply customize again. It’s always Free.

Shipping and Handling Procedures:

All orders are shipped by the United States Postal Service with a delivery/tracking confirmation. If a package is confirmed delivered by USPS please ensure it is delivered to a secure mailbox. We regret that we will not be able to reship, credit, or refund items that are lost or stolen once a package has been confirmed delivered. If you do not have a secure mailbox and would like to request a “signature confirmation” or wish to have it sent to a different address please email us @ customerservice@christinacosmetics.com  and we will add a signature delivery confirmation to your order for $2.95. If your package is lost or stolen we can provide the delivery/tracking confirmation number for you so you can follow up with you’re local postal office to collect the insured amount. The tracking/confirmation number we will provide for you can be viewed at USPS.com.

All Packages are Photographed Before Leaving Christina Cosmetics Warehouse: Each shipment has a digital photo on file of the contents in each package before it leaves our warehouse. If you have questions or concerns about any missing items, please call or email our customer service department @ and we will gladly look up the photo of your shipment to confirm and will email you a copy. We do not reship items if they are shown in the image on file. If it is our error and we missed something we will gladly send it to you immediately.

Returns, Cancellations & Nonrefundable Items:

Perfect Pigment 30-Day Money Back Guarantee: You do not need a Return Authorization; simply have your return back to us before the end of the 30 day Money Back Guarantee. Please ensure your returned merchandise leaves within 20 days from the date of your order so that your purchase has the opportunity to reach our warehouse within the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. The 30-Day Money Back Guarantee begins on the date the payment processed and returns must be received in our warehouse within 30 days from that date. Returns received after the 30th day will not be accepted. If we had a shipping delay due to any internal reasons we will make any appropriate adjustments. New / unopened returns received after the 30 day money back guarantee will not be refunded. Please note any pending installments will continue to process until the returned merchandise is received. If your original shipment is received within the allotted time your return will be processed for a complete refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling, as advertised.

Refunds: *Please allow 1-2 weeks from the date your return is received in our warehouse for your returned merchandise to be received, processed, and credited back to the same credit card used for your Perfect Pigment purchase. Refunds will be applied only to the credit card used to place the order. No check refunds.PLEASE DO NOT send packages by FEDEX or UPS. We encourage you to purchase insurance and/or a USPS delivery confirmation to ensure proper delivery if purchasing return postage on your own. If the package is unopened, you can REFUSE the shipment. USPS will return it to us at no charge, using the same tracking that is shown on your package.

Nonrefundable Items:

All individual cosmetic(s) sales for liquids, creams, mascaras, compacts, custom compacts, pencils, etc. are non-refundable. Our Three Step Spa Collection sold separately or as a kit has a 14 day Money Back Guarantee on the initial shipment only, all-subsequent Spa kits, Cleansing Gel, Mineral Mist or True Youth moisturizer are not for trial purposes and therefore nonrefundable.

Cancellations:

Our order process is automated to distribute products quickly and accurately. Once your order has been “Checked Out” or placed via the toll free automated ordering system it can NOT be cancelled. Any exceptions to this policy will be charged a 10% cancellation fee if we have to pull  your order from the warehouse. United States & Canada

The products displayed on our Sites can be ordered and delivered only within the United States and Canada.
