The Continuity/Home Delivery shipments can be customized to meet your needs. You can set up your shipments to come as often or as far apart as needed. Nothing is ever set in stone. If you suddenly realize you’re about to run out and need your order sooner just give us a call and we can have it shipped the same day. We are happy to accommodate all of your beauty needs!

 

Returns & Exchanges: If you wish to return or exchange the 30 day trial offer, please follow the steps below:

1. Call our customer service department at 1.800.543.7207 to receive a return authorization number. Be sure to retain a copy of the invoice for your records. If an exchange is desired, please include the exchange information along with your credit card number. If you are exchanging a gift, please mark the invoice "Gift Exchange".

2. All returns should be addressed to:

3. For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via USPS or insured Parcel Post. We're sorry;  all shipping and handling fees are non refundable. In the case of damaged items return the damaged merchandise and we will reship a new item at no additional expense.

Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival and all exchanges will be shipped via First Class USPS shipping. Processing and transit time for exchange packages is usually 5 - 7 business days from the time the exchange is received. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Allow to 6 weeks for the refund to reflect on your credit card statement.
